A different kind of Friday evening.
As the days get longer and the city starts to come back to life, we’re returning to IMMA for a session designed to shift your energy, just in time for the weekend.
In collaboration with Sunflower Sessions, we’ll move through a yoga flow guided by Mila to shake off the week, followed by guided breathwork by Allan to clear the mind and reset the system.
From there, the energy lifts. Sunflower Sessions guests will carry the room with a vibrant music session, leaving you feeling open, energised, and ready for the weekend.
