We’re back once again with an extraordinary experience!
With summer and festival season just around the corner, the city is coming alive. We’re returning to IMMA for a session designed to shift your energy, alongside one of Ireland’s favourite festival performers: Sing Along Social.
Allan will guide a gentle, accessible yoga session, followed by breathwork to help you reset and recharge. Then, the Craic Mechanics take over to bring the energy up and deliver top-tier craic. Come move, breathe, and sing with us.
