Then I found shamanic drumming, singing, movement, and the power of the forest.
For the first time, I discovered a path that actually worked for me.

We warmly invite you to a gathering in nature.
A space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself, other women, and the forest around you.
We’ll meet at Lyckevägen parking lot:

and walk together to a quiet place in the forest where we create a safe and nurturing space together.
✨ This will already be our third circle, and each time I feel more deeply how powerful we are as women when we gather with openness, presence, and care.

• A sharing circle
• Movement inspired by the four elements
• Singing and shamanic drumming
• Relaxation and shamanic journey
• Tea together in nature

• Something comfortable to sit on
• A drum or instrument if you feel called to share your sound

I am a nuclear physicist, mother of two, and a woman who found healing and balance through nature and shamanic practices. I study shamanic practices in Hungary, but I found my inner strength in Mongolia to be able to hold space.
