Kyle's Cosmic Country Band is a country band with a psychedelic twist. The band's frontman, Kyle Alan Hobbs, is a Bellingham-based songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. His music blends the haunted twang of Hank Williams with the heady swirl of Pink Floyd, chasing a sound that’s both reverent and revelatory.
Hobbs draws inspiration from legends like Gram Parsons, Merle Haggard, John Prine, Buck Owens, and George Jones - paying homage to the honky-tonk tradition while pushing its boundaries with atmospheric textures and cosmic storytelling. With five singles under their belt, the band’s debut EP Made This Way is out now on OGS Records and all streaming platforms.
