About this Event
We're bringing back No Wine Left Behind's singles event -- this time featuring skin contact (wines, that is)! Over 6 tastes of wine (plus bubblies!), you’ll meet, mingle, and compete for the ultimate prize: a wine date in the neighborhood.
Is this event for you? Well... do you live in New York? Are you between the ages of 28 and 45? Are you genuinely interested in meeting someone? Do you enjoy wine, art, games, prizes, the idea of a wine crown, talking to new people? If you answered "I hope so," followed by a series of "yes"es, I think you've found the Valentine's plans you're looking for this year.
What to expect:
Opening Bubblies: Start the afternoon off right with a glass of bubbly! Meet and mingle over our special selection of sparkling wine.
The Nose Knows (Or Does It?): Warm up for the wine tasting and vie for the chance to win a bottle of bubbly by correctly identifying distilled aromas from a master sommelier kit
Blind Wine Tasting Competition:Put your palate to the test as you sample sustainably produced skin-contact wines. Get points for correctly identifying the grape, state, price, flavor notes, and more. No prior wine knowledge needed - it’s multiple choice!
The Reveal: At the end of each flight, we'll do a dramatic reveal of each wine, share a few fun facts, and announce the winners. Winners from each flight get the chance to wear a wine-themed crown, perfect for photo opps & bragging rights.
Win a Wine Date: The top three tasters will earn gift cards to a nearby wine bar. A celebratory post-tasting wine date is highly encouraged!
No Wine Left Behind: After winners are announced and prizes handed out, toast your victory (or fun night) by enjoying glasses of your favorites until there's no wine left behind ;)
