🌟SKIN and GUTS FUNDRAISEROn 20th October 2024 9am-4pm
A DayTreat to raise funds for the fantastic local Dorset charities @willdoes2004 and @maddiesmiracle.bus.
⚕️Learn all about our body’s largest organ, the skin, and its connection with our guts. Learn how we can treat our skin and gut issues using homeopathic medicine.
🪸@the_seaweed_people will talk to us about the benefits of seaweed for our skin and guts, we will sample their oils and taste their seaweed snacks.
🦠Listen to fascinating and insightful talks about how we can support our gut’s microbiome with prebiotics and probiotics. We will demonstrate how to make water kefir and its benefits being both a prebiotic and a probiotic.
🫁Yoga and breath-work are great tools to use in supporting these organs, so join us as we use movement and breathing practices to explore and delve deeper into ourselves and our body to feel what works for you. You will learn valuable new practices to take home and make part of your daily or weekly wellbeing routine.
💫Our day will close with a sacred cacao ceremony circle outside, weather permitting. Please bring a blanket for this and for your yoga practise.
🍽️ There is an option to bring your own lunch or pre-order a vegan gut friendly meal provided by @picopando.vegan who will be talking to us about their fermentation journey. Please note the link to order lunch in your booking questions.
