Aim: To further develop and explore a variety of skills and knowledge needed to allow effective influencing of all stakeholders whilst maintaining relationships and gaining a win-win.

Objectives

By the end of the session, you will be able to:

• Describe what influencing is and isn’t and why it’s important
• Analyse your style of influencing people in the workplace, key stakeholders internally and externally
• Explain how emotional intelligence links to communicating your message
• Use current tools and techniques to enable influencing to take place
• Develop an action plan to take learning forward
