This camp is for kids who are new to volleyball or just getting started. The goal is simple: have fun, build confidence, and learn the basics of the game. Over four afternoons, athletes will focus on passing and serving — the foundation every volleyball player needs — plus an introduction to setting and hitting. Sessions are fast-paced and game-based, with music, movement, and plenty of encouragement to try new things and push past nerves. Every day includes dynamic warm-ups, skill work, and games. Groups are mixed throughout the week so every camper gets to play with and meet new teammates.
Camp is capped at 24 athletes so every player gets personal attention and real court time.
The goal: every athlete leaves smiling, more confident, and wanting to play more volleyball.
Your Coach
This camp is hosted and coached by Coach Lisa, founder of Elevate Volleyball Training. Coach Lisa is a former Division II college athlete, four-year starter, and team captain who held program records in blocks, hitting percentage, and aces per game. She brings over 20 years of coaching experience at every level, with a consistent track record of winning seasons, regional championships, and former players going on to compete at the college level.
Coach Lisa holds degrees in both Exercise Science and Nutrition, giving her a deeper understanding of athletic development than most coaches bring to the court. She has a particular ability to break down the body mechanics behind every skill — identifying exactly what needs to be corrected for fast, real improvement. Whether it's your approach, your arm swing, or your platform angle, she will see it and help you fix it.
At Elevate Volleyball Training, the focus is on building confidence and refining volleyball skills to make athletes the best they can be — on and off the court.
