Skillet Licorice continues their tour of Texas at Dallas’s number one concert venue, Poor David's Pub. That’s right! Skillet Licorice & The Allsorts Orchestra are touring the great state of TX to celebrate the 100-year anniversary of the East Texas Serenaders, those brilliant but obscure pioneers of Western Swing who paved the way for later bands like Bob Wills’ Texas Playboys.
Like the East Texas Serenaders, Skillet Licorice will be performing up-tempo, twin-fiddle two-steps, rags and stomps along with crazy beautiful waltzes awash in luscious harmony. It’s going to be a magical evening of musical history that you won’t want to miss so we really do hope you’ll join us at Poor David's Pub!
The Allsorts Orchestra is:
Elise Engelberg: Fiddle
Matt Knoth: Guitar & Banjo
Clinton Davis: Fiddle, Mandolin & Banjo
Rowan McCallister: Mandolin, Guitar & Banjo
Mike Brown: Bass & Piano
Robin Fischer: Square Dance Calling & Fiddle
