Hosted by Ashley from Chico Connectivity this workshop aims to help reconnect ones current self to their child self in a way that is healing and nourishing for the soul. This includes a self reflective journaling prompt, positive affirmations and a group circle for sharing (if desired). Coloring will be provided and it is encouraged to bring something from ones childhood that means a lot to them (acts as a physical connection to ones child self).
