Staying at Raincliff youth campCost is:
adults: $60. Kids $45 for staying from Sunday to Tuesday
Adults: $80. Kids $60 for staying from Sunday to Wednesday .
Raincliff is bunk rooms with 6 beds in each. Please bring bedding and pillows. Some of the rooms did not have heaters last time so if you have a little heater that can be useful to bring.
Slippers are useful with Lino floor. Please bring rubbish bags, tea towels, dish liquid, toilet paper.
I will be aiming to get access to flying fox.
Planning on skiing at mt Dobson on the Monday and the Tuesday. Some people, if you would like to may choose to ski the Sunday afternoon or the Wednesday. Please let me know if you would like to do this so I can make a school booking for either of those days as well. Prices are in comments in the photos.
Gear hire
If you need gear hire Simon from Beggs is always an option.
Mount Dobson does a great price for gear hire as well and means you don’t have to sort earlier or transport gear to the mountain. They are limited on clothing so you will need to let me know so I can inform them. Any gear hire from Dobson just let me know on the google form so I can give Dobson a head up for numbers and they can have it ready for you. Please see attached photos for gear hire costs
Food
Please cater for yourself. There is a lovely big kitchen at raincliff and walk in fridge and freezer. The mountain has a small cafe that sells, coffee, hotp, pies ect.
Please indicate if you are coming, with names and ages of any children you are bringing. To confirm your spot we will need payment. Payment will be needed by 30 July please into DHU account in featured post at top of page. Only need to pay accommodation. Lift passes and lessons will be pay on the mountain each morning and be sorted by yourselves. Any ski hire will be sorted by yourselves.
There will be a ski group chat once people have confirmed. Please only click going if you have confirmed and paid cause then you will be on the chat. I will be posting any information to that chat closer to the time so that I know everyone gets it.
I will be doing a google form. Link will go up soon. Please make sure you fill out. And if people can fill it out asap once up so I am not chasing people a week out. This causes me a lot of stress. All the information about ski passes, gear hire and lesson will go to Dobson to make our ski time go a lot quicker in the morning and make sure they have enough instructors.
