Join the SK8OFMINDS SkateCourse with Nadia SOURGRAPISM!
We are starting a new workshop program! Each month we’ll be bringing in different teachers from are community to teach you workshops every Sunday afternoon of the month. This is for you to get from A to B with whatever skills they specialise in
What better way to start than with are favourite skaters’ favourite skater, Sourgrapism! 4 sessions focused on getting your rhythm, choreo and dance skating skills leveled!
Dates : Sundays - 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd
Time: 3:30pm-4:30pm
Location : St Mary’s, Islington
• Rhythm: Developing timing and musical awareness.
• Movement and Dance: Exploring and expressing ideas through controlled, purposeful body movement.
• Choreography: Creating and organizing movement ideas.
• Drills: Practicing skills repeatedly to improve accuracy, strength, and confidence.
