Our ever popular Six Week Yoga for Beginners Course 🧘‍♀️ If you're looking for the perfect introduction to your Yoga journey, in a safe, supportive and inclusive space with likeminded people then we'd love to welcome to our beautiful yoga space at Trethorne Leisure Farm 🌿 All are welcome!
We start Tuesday 8th October at 10.30 am and there's still time to join us 🤸‍♀️ So, if you're interested in learning a holistic and mind-body centred approach to greater health and wellbeing, look no further 🫡
This course is suitable for EVERY body...we offer lots of variation to adapt and tailor your class for your needs...making Yoga work for YOUR body 🙂 We learn in a fun, safe and supportive environment, free from competition, judgment and ego 🙏 this is a space for growth, friendships and community...all are welcome!
