Six week beginner course will cover the first form, two person drills, centerline striking, and conditioning. For Self Defense and Health.
About this Event

Class is an hour, arrive up to 15 minutes early, wearing comfortable clothes. No special shoes necessary, but maybe avoid heels.

We will not be hitting each other in the face, generally, so no need to worry about mouth guards.

Arrive ready for a workout.
