A Community of Exploration.In a world that often feels rushed, lonely, and uncertain, this six-week course offers something different: a chance to slow down, come together, and ask the questions that really matter—about life, death, love, and what it means to be truly human.
We’ll gather in person at the Manchester Buddhist Centre each week to explore meditation, kindness, and the radical teachings of the Buddha. You’ll learn two core meditation practices, meet others who are on the same journey, and take your first steps into a community that’s grounded in authenticity, reflection, and care.
No experience needed—just a sense that something deeper might be possible, and a willingness to explore it with others.

The price for the six weeks is £120 standard rate / £80 concessionary / £40 age 18 - 25.
