Join us for both Cradock and George peaks - with a 15km Out&vavk and approx 1550m elevation, you'd need to be quite fit&strong - this is an 8 hour outing with lots of climbing. What to expect: A beautiful view over George, the Swartberg Mountains and the coast!
We will follow the VK route from the cross and from George Peak proceed via the saddle to Cradock peak and then back to the saddle to George peak and down to the parking area.
New friendships, camaraderie and great conversations between fellow hikers. And you would have conquered two peaks in one day and receive two pieces of the puzzle!

Compulsary items: Suitable lightweight hydration-/backpack, sunscreen, hat, proper trail shoes with sufficient grip, something to eat, enough water. Lightweight windproof jacket/fleece, buff, beanie and gloves depending the weather. A waterproof jacket might be a handy kit item. Best to always dress in layers.
Emergency kit: Space blanket, whistle emergency energy bar/trail food, stretch bandage in case of a strained ankle and many other uses and a small petroleum jelly for eyes/lips/chafing etc.
✨ Optional items:
Fingerless gloves for grip, hiking poles, coffee, wet wipes.
♡ Meet at the parking area in Arbour Rd around 4h45.
♡ Hike starts strictly at 5h00.
