We’ll talk about real-world awareness, common patterns seen in crimes, and practical steps you can take to reduce your risk, whether you’re at home, out running errands, traveling, or meeting new people.This is not a self-defense class. It is focused on mindset, awareness, and prevention, using real-life examples and practical discussion.
The clinic runs about two hours and may go slightly over to allow time for questions and discussion. No prior training is required.
