We volunteer to make quilts for children, from babies to 19 year olds. They are gifted to children who are distressed, sick, disabled and distributed by local organisations.
As we are new and hoping for funding to buy fabrics and wadding -it would be amazing if you could donate quilting weight 100% cotton fabrics or wadding, until we can raise funds.
At present, we have a small amount of fabrics which will be available on the day.
We hope to provide supplies at future Sit & Sew sessions once funding is secured.
If you are new to quilting, help will be on hand. So, bring your sewing machines and kit and let’s get together and sew.
