In collaboration with NIYA Wellness Collective and the IMAN Arts & Culture team, this ceramic studio session offers a thoughtful and intentional space to slow down, reflect, and create with purpose.
Working with clay invites presence. The tactile process of shaping, molding, and forming becomes a quiet conversation with the self — an opportunity to release what feels heavy, ground scattered thoughts, and reconnect with inner clarity. No prior experience is necessary; the focus is not on perfection, but on process.
