Sharna Valentine is a women’s space-holder, Reiki Master, intuitive guide and beauty & soul practitioner with well over a decade of experience helping women soften, reconnect and remember who they truly are.
Her circles are known for their warmth, depth and emotional safety a sacred space where you are invited to drop out of your head and into your heart, to be witnessed, held and empowered.
The LIGHT Circle Series is a four-part personal development journey. A sacred container created to support women in strengthening their solar plexus energy while cultivating confidence, inner fire, self-trust and personal power.
Through breath, somatic practice, sharing, reflection and energy work, Sharna gently guides you back to your own truth… your own light.
A container of growth and transition to suit all seasons of life start whereyou are at and follow your own unique heart rythmn.

Each circle explores a different aspect of Solar Plexus healing through ritual, movement, breath, journaling, sound, and soul connection.
Together, we’ll move through over 4 consecutive Monday night sessions fro 7-9pm
