Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Psi Eta Omega Chapter cordially invites you to the 10th Sisterhood Luncheon. The purpose of our Sisterhood Luncheon is to create cohesiveness and collaboration between the Divine 9 Sororities: Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated®, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated, and Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Incorporated. This year, the invitation is extended to the general public who will also have the opportunity to fellowship and support the Divine 9 Sorority's mission of sisterhood and service.
The theme for this year's luncheon is, "Stepping into Sisterhood", with keynote speaker Kaydian Comer, Global Keynote Speaker, Human Capital Executive, and Founder, The Promise Box, LLC, and proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® Psi Eta Omega Chapter.
The Sisterhood Luncheon will take place on Sunday, October 28, 2023, from 11:30pm -1:30pm, Clintonville Women's Club. Individual ticket price is $60.00 or $480.00 that seats 8. Advance ticket sales through Eventbrite only. All tickets are non-refundable. The event is open to Sororities of the D9 organization and women in the Central Ohio community.
In keeping with the founding principle of "Service to all Mankind", Psi Eta Omega will collect household items for CHOICES For Victims of Domestic Violence. "CHOICES seek to eliminate racism, empower women, and promote peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all", and aligns with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® 2022-2026 program initiatives, Empower Our Families, Uplift Our Local Community, Advocate for Social Justice and Strengthen Our Sisterhood. If you feel encouraged to donate toward CHOICES For Victims of Domestic Violence, please bring one of the following items with you to the luncheon.
• Set of dishes (4 place settings)
• Set of flatware (4 place settings)
• Drinking cups (4; preferably plastic)
• Sauce pan (2 or 3 qt. with lid)
• Frying pan (10” or 12” with lid)
• Cooking utensils (spatula, serving or slotted spoon, ladle)
• Dish towels (2)
• Pot holders (2)
