Through transformational conversations, our panel of speakers will explore the importance of mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness, offering insights on overcoming adversity, prioritizing self-care, and embracing personal growth.
This event creates a safe and nurturing space for women to reflect, reconnect with themselves, while gaining the tools to rebuild their confidence, reaffirm their worth, and realign with their purpose. - Taneshia Johnson - Associate clinical social worker, self care coach, and first time author of the book entitled When Depression And Anxiety Have A Voice . She specializes in emotional self care as well as codependency. Taneshia believes self awareness can help everyone define who they are and what they need in life in order to have joy and peace. Taneshia has helped hundreds of men and women through one on one coaching sessions as well as her self care workshops.
