I REALLY wish I had an experienced holistic, health-minded mentor when I began biohacking (making small, informed changes to improve health and well-being) over 15 years ago. My friends and I stumbled along trying new things with google mom as our guide. As I’m finishing up my 50th year on this planet, I’m choosing to be the person I needed 15 years ago.
