About this Event

We are excited to invite you to the official launch of the Strength In Sisterhood group fitness program, S.I.S female group fitness presented in collaboration with YMCA leisure centre.

Join us for this special event to celebrate the start of our 12-week female only fitness programme, designed to support women in achieving their goals for the mind, body, and soul. This launch party is the perfect opportunity to meet other like-minded women, explore our range of fitness classes, and see how our program can help you build physical strength, enhance mental well-being, and meet sisters.

Event Highlights:

Program Learn about our weekly classes, featuring a variety of workouts such as Pilates,Yoga, Barre, Spin, and strength training plus more. Our sessions accomodate all fitness levels and preferences, ensuring everyone can find a class that’s right for them.
Hijab-Friendly Space: Experience our commitment to providing a comfortable, female-only environment where all women can exercise confidently and comfortably.
YMCA Partnership: Meet our partners from the YMCA and explore the welcoming facilities where our classes will be held. Learn how we’ve teamed up to create a space that supports your journey to better health and well-being.

About Strength In Sisterhood: Our group fitness classes are specifically designed to help women feel their best, both physically and mentally. Running every Saturday from 11 AM to 12 PM or 12:30 - 1:30pm, the program offers a variety of workouts, including cardio, HIIT, Pilates, Yoga, Barre, Spin, and strength training. We aim to keep the program accessible and affordable for all women, regardless of background or fitness level.
