Join yoga instructor and sound healer Alissa Wilmina Diaz and artist Alissa Morabito for a one-of-a-kind Saturday night that blends movement, mindfulness, art, and wine.

Begin the evening with a welcome pour of Latin sparkling wine and light bites. Then, the group will divide into two sessions—one room for a beginner-friendly yoga flow guided by Alissa Wilmina, and the other for a mindful sketch session led by Alissa Morabito, known for her elegant single-line drawings that flow with the rhythm of breath and motion. Midway through, you’ll switch spaces to experience both.

Afterward, unwind with a relaxed wine tasting featuring a curated selection of Latin wines paired with cheeses, fruits, and breads. Sip, chat, and connect as both Alissas share more about their upcoming projects: The Blue Table: A Yoga, Food & Wine Retreat in Costa Rica’s Blue Zone and Alissa Morabito’s new art course launching this winter.

About Alissa Wilmina

Alissa Wilmina is a certified yoga and Pilates instructor, sound healer, and former sommelier whose path has evolved from the world of wine and hospitality to one of mindful movement and holistic living. After years of curating sensory experiences through food and wine, she now brings that same sense of presence and connection into her classes and events. Her teaching blends strength and serenity, inviting students to move with intention, rest with ease, and reconnect with joy. Based in Washington, D.C., Alissa shares her offerings across studios, hotels, and retreats—creating spaces that honor both the body and the spirit.

About Alissa Morabito

Alissa Morabito is a self-taught artist whose minimalist one-line drawings capture the quiet poetry of connection, memory, and emotion. Her practice began as a response to illness—when large-scale painting was no longer possible, she turned to the restraint of the continuous line, discovering freedom within limitation. Each piece she creates is both image and echo, an exploration of stillness, vulnerability, and the beauty found in impermanence. Now based in Washington, D.C., Alissa continues to expand her work beyond the page, teaching others how to reconnect with their own inspiration and create art that carries meaning, presence, and truth.

No experience is required—just an open mind, a yoga mat, and your curiosity.

Info: Arrive early to settle in, mingle, and enjoy your first pour of sparkling wine. Please plan to arrive before 7:00 PM so we can begin each session on time.

Info: Half the group will join Alissa Wilmina for a beginner-friendly yoga flow focused on breath and gentle movement, while the other half explores mindful sketching with Alissa Morabito. Each room will host about 22 participants for an intimate, creative experience.

Info: Groups will switch rooms to experience both practices — movement and art — each designed to connect body, breath, and creativity in a new way.
