The estate dates back to the 14th century and has been carefully preserved by generations of noble families, with the Cappelli family taking the helm in 1963. Its historic cellars, carved from tuff rock, echo centuries of winemaking tradition.

Martina, part of the current generation leading Sant’Appiano, will be pouring a curated selection of their finest wines and sharing stories of the vineyard’s rich history, sustainable practices, and the passion that goes into every bottle.
