This guided pairing experience will take you on a sensory journey, exploring the art of pairing wine with artisanal cheeses. Winemaker Larry Dino and Cheesemonger Brandon Wood will lead an engaging discussion on the fundamentals of wine and cheese pairing, covering essential principles such as balance, texture, and complementary flavors.
Following an initial guided pairing, guests will have the opportunity to build their own pairings, experimenting with a flight of three Cuda Ridge wines alongside a carefully curated selection of cheeses. Throughout the evening, our team will be on hand to offer pairing tips and insights, ensuring a truly interactive and educational experience.
