In our busy lives it's difficult to sit down and do something for yourself and learn a new hobby. As a psychology graduate and artist, I delve into why painting and is such an important activity for our mental health, especially when you can have a laugh. Come 10 minutes early to grab a drink from the bar to get those creative juices flowing while I guide you through the simple steps to create your own watercolour paintings. All art supplies are provided by me, just bring your lovely self!
