Have a brew before you do!You're cordially invited to Afternoon Tea with the Toodyay Ag Society - join current Committee members for a relaxed afternoon as we explore the roles, responsibilities and rewards of being part of Toodyay’s oldest community organisation.
We’re planning to chat about:
✨What each role involves, from coordinating a portfolio to casual supporting tasks.
✨Why we need a full Committee (18 active members) before planning can begin in 2026.
✨ How much time Committee members realistically need to contribute.
✨ Which skills are needed to make use of existing resources and processes.
✨How we support members with clear task lists and a whole-of-Committee timeline.
✨ Why regular attendance at meetings and staying engaged all year is essential.
There will be no pressure to nominate. Please just come along, ask questions and see where you might be able to help.
