Deep, dark, and endlessly intriguing, the world of Cabernet Sauvignon is full of a wide range of characteristics. We’ll take a deep dive and learn more about how one varietal of grape can be rich and fruity, or savory and smoky.

Spend the evening engaging with our wine experts as they demystify Cabernet Sauvignon. You'll sample a variety of Cabernet Sauvignon options using a structured tasting method. Along the way, you'll learn about wine characteristics, what to look for, and how to select the perfect bottle.

• Wines will be paired with a variety of light bites.

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
