Sip & Swap: A Curated Clothing Swap at Purple Waves

Join us at Purple Waves for a thoughtfully curated clothing swap hosted at one of NYC’s favorite local markets. This isn’t a chaotic rummage event — it’s a structured, elevated swap experience designed to be social, intentional, and sustainable.

Your $30 ticket includes:

• Entry to the curated clothing swap (which includes up to 8 items that you can bring home)
• One beer, wine, or non-alcoholic beverage
• 10% discount at Purple Waves Market during the event
• Access to a community of sustainability-minded NYC locals

Locally sourced snacks and sweets will be available for purchase.

To keep the experience organized:

• Each guest may bring up to 8 clean, gently used items
• Items will be reviewed at check-in
• Each approved item = 1 swap token
• Shopping begins at a set time
• After the structured round, we’ll open it up for free browsing

We’ll organize clothing by category and size to make shopping easy and enjoyable.

• Up to 8 clean, gently used clothing items
• Seasonal pieces preferred (Spring!)
• Clothing, shoes, and accessories welcome

Please do not bring:
Undergarments, swimwear, stained/damaged items, or heavily worn fast-fashion basics.
