About this Event
- Working Hard? Holding stress and muscle tension?
- Come out and relax with a fun, easy Flow Stretch Class from 6 pm to 6:30 pm followed by a canned cocktail tasting
- Compliments of The Vital Stretch® and Owl's Brew
- The event is complimentary, but we ask that you provide an RSVP
- You must be 21+ years or older to enjoy alcoholic beverages. Please bring your state-issued ID.
- Participants must B.Y.O.M. (Mat)
- In the event of inclement weather, the class will be canceled
- Inclement weather notifications will be sent to those who are RSVP’d by 5:30 pm on Thursday
