About this Event
- Join us for Barre on the Harbor Point Boardwalk with the experts from Pure Barre Greenwich
- This low-impact 50-minute full-body workout exerts every muscle group to fatigue, followed by stretching to create long, lean muscles
- The Pure Barre technique focuses on small isometric movements with high-intensity exercises and upbeat music
- Participants must B.Y.O.M. (Mat)
- Optional: Bring light hand weights (2 lb. or 3 lb.)
- Class is complimentary, but we ask each participant to RSVP
- No dogs are allowed in the class area
- In the event of inclement weather, the class will be canceled
- Inclement weather notifications will be sent to those that RSVP’d by 5:30 pm on Thursday
