Barre on the Boardwalk

• Join us for Barre on the Harbor Point Boardwalk with the experts from Pure Barre Greenwich
• This low-impact 50-minute full-body workout exerts every muscle group to fatigue, followed by stretching to create long, lean muscles
• The Pure Barre technique focuses on small isometric movements with high-intensity exercises and upbeat music
• Participants must B.Y.O.M. (Mat)
• Optional: Bring light hand weights (2 lb. or 3 lb.)
• Class is complimentary, but we ask each participant to RSVP
• No dogs are allowed in the class area
• In the event of inclement weather, the class will be canceled
• Inclement weather notifications will be sent to those that RSVP’d by 5:30 pm on Thursday
