Join Stretching Coach Cherie Tripp for a full-body stretch class at Courthouse Brew Co.! We’ll breathe, stretch, and then sip, the perfect way to ease into your weekend feeling relaxed, loose, and recharged.
This class is designed to help you unwind tight muscles, improve mobility, and shake off the stiffness from the week, whether you’ve been sitting at a desk, pushing hard at the gym, or somewhere in between.
Bring a friend or come meet new ones. You don’t need any experience, and all levels are welcome. You’ll leave feeling lighter and ready to enjoy the rest of your day.
