About this Event
Join us for a whimsical evening of stitching and sipping surrounded by curated vintage and other queers!
During this three hour workshop you’ll learn techniques to embellish and/or up-cycle your own clothes. You’ll learn how to use your own handwriting to draw with embroidery on your clothes and how to use decorative stitching to strengthen seams. You’ll leave with the ability to take what you’ve learned and continue at home – and hopefully you’ll leave with some new friends, too! This is a social event, so there will be plenty of time to mingle while you work on your clothing.
Each ticket includes:
- 3 hours of instruction
- 1 starter embroidery kit

Additional wine & beverages will be available for purchase.
What to bring? All supplies will be provided, but please bring a shirt, tank, or sweatshirt you want to a add you’re own style to. There will be a limited amount of thrifted tops for purchase at the event.
