On April 18th from 1–4 PM, we gather at the beautiful The Woman’s Club of Red Bank for an immersive experience designed to help you soften your body, quiet your mind, and return to yourself.
This collaborative offering brings together herbal wisdom and vibrational healing in one intentional, heart-centered space.
🌿 The Tea Ritual🌿
Herbalist Apprentice Alison Miller will guide us through an educational and experiential tea ceremony, sharing the medicinal properties and energetic benefits of carefully selected herbs.
You’ll learn how specific teas support:
- Nervous system regulation
- Hormonal balance
- Relaxation and stress relief
- Gentle detoxification and reset
As we sip together, you’ll be invited into a mindful tea ritual — slowing down, awakening your senses, and allowing the plants to work subtly and beautifully within you.

✨ The Sound Bath Journey✨
After the ceremony, Danielle Murolo Shamanic Reiki Master, Sound Healer and Owner of Sisters of the Conscious Soul will guide you into a deeply restorative sound bath.
Layered frequencies from crystal singing bowls, gongs and other sacred instruments will gently carry you into a state of profound relaxation — where the body recalibrates, the nervous system resets, and the mind softens into stillness.
The herbal infusion prepares the body.
The sound carries you deeper.
Together, they create a powerful synergy of restoration and inner alignment.
