Sip & Sketch @ The Cross Keys

Join us at The Cross Keys Nottingham and unwind with an evening of creativity, conversation, and carefully crafted drinks at our Sip & Sketch Life Drawing Workshop. Whether you're an experienced artist or picking up a pencil for the first time, this relaxed and welcoming session offers the chance to develop your observational drawing skills while enjoying a selection of alcoholic beverages.

What will happen during the event?

1. When you first arrive, you'll be greeted by a member of the team and shown to the air conditioned function room, where you'll be offered an alcholic drink of your choice!
2. You will then be introduced to our model, who will break the ice with some great jokes (they don't know about this part yet).
3. Over the subsequent few hours you'll sip, sketch, and hopefully smile at your incredible (or terrible) depictions!

The event will be run by The Drawing Room Gallery in conjunction with The Cross Keys Nottingham.

Info: You will arrive at The Cross Keys, where you'll be met by a member of The Drawing Room Staff, and shown to a seat in the function room and provided with your drink (if you ordered one).

Info: The model will introduce themselves and you'll be provided with a short comedic performance.

Info: You'll have 45 minutes during which you'll be asked to sketch various parts of the model.

Info: There will be a quick break for refreshments and snacks.

Info: You'll have a further 45 minutes to continue drawing the model.
