Baltimore’s development landscape is shifting, and this is a moment to get in position.
Sip & Scale is a curated room of developers, builders, and investors actively working in Baltimore’s impact areas.
Join us for the next Sip & Scale Real Estate Mixer at a private Lauraville residence, where developers, investors, contractors, and community leaders come together for focused conversation and real connection.
This event is centered on development opportunities along the West North Avenue corridor, with direct insight on how to prepare for the upcoming WNADA RFQ (deadline June 5th).
