About this Class: Sit at our table and learn from one of our resident Beverage Experts and Cheesemongers about Italian wines and cheeses. Together, they will walk you through a tasting journey of the best selection of vini and formaggi. Not only will you learn how to perfectly pair each selection, but you’ll also learn about the stories behind the products.
About these Drinks: Transport yourself to the snowy mountains of northern Italy with this Milano-Cortina class! Taste your way through some of our favorite wine and cheese producers and learn about the history and techniques with one of our Beverage Experts and Cheesemongers.
In this Class You Will:
· Learn the history and traditions of Northern regions like Trentino-Alto Adige, Veneto, and Friuli Venezia Giulia
· Taste a selection of cheeses with one of Eataly’s Cheesemongers
· Taste wines specifically selected to pair with the cheeses with one of Eataly’s Beverage Experts
· Learn to taste wine and choose pairings like an expert
Please Note:
· One ticket purchase is valid for one guest
· This class will take place in a dedicated area of our La Pizza & La Pasta restaurant
· Seating is first-come, first-served
· Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes
· Sorry, bambini - this is a 21+ only event. All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older

Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking, and all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for classes or events. If you're booking for a group of 5–10 guests, you must give us at least 7 days’ notice (not including the day of the class) to receive a credit in the form of a coupon for a future La Scuola class or event. For groups of 1–4 guests, a minimum of 4 days’ notice is required (again, not including the class day) to receive a credit for a future class or event. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any class due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather. If that happens, we will contact you using the email or phone number you provided and offer either a full refund or a credit for a future class. Please note that we cannot offer credits, transfers, or refunds for last-minute illnesses, work conflicts, personal emergencies, or other situations beyond your control. However, you are welcome to send someone in your place if you can no longer attend. If you're purchasing this class or event as a gift, please make sure the recipient is aware of this policy, as it still applies. Credits issued for La Scuola events can only be used toward future La Scuola events and cannot be applied toward other Eataly events, store purchases, or Eataly gift cards.
