Ever wanted to capture the perfect, cozy reading nook on canvas? Whether you're a seasoned artist or haven't picked up a paintbrush since middle school, join us at Trident Booksellers & Cafe on Newbury Street for an evening of creativity, conversation, and cocktails.
Our theme for the night is The Cozy Reading Corner. You'll be guided step-by-step in painting a warm, inviting literary scene—or you can customize your canvas to feature the cover of your absolute favorite book!
Come for the art, stay for the vibes, and leave with a masterpiece that belongs on your bookshelf.
What’s Included in Your Ticket:
- All Art Supplies: Canvas, brushes, paints, and an apron.
- Expert Instruction: A local artist will guide you through the painting, offering tips and tricks along the way.
- Social & Mingle Hour: Dedicated time to chat with fellow book lovers, swap reading recommendations, and make new friends.
- Food & Drink Access: Trident’s full cafe menu (including delicious bites, beer, & wine) will be available for purchase throughout the event!
Event Schedule
- 6:00 PM – 6:15 PM: Grab a drink, find your easel, and mingle!
- 6:15 PM – 7:45 PM: Guided painting session (with plenty of breaks to sip and chat).
- 7:45-8 pm: Final touches, group photos, and closing mixers.

Spaces are strictly limited to ensure a cozy, intimate setting. Grab your tickets before they sell out!
Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to a friend if you can no longer make it. Please email us at least 24 hours in advance to update the guest list.
