Spring Forward Yoga offers a gentle, season-shifting flow that helps you shed winter’s weight, expand your heart space, and step boldly into your next chapter. Erika guides you through warm, intentional movement that softens the body, lifts your energy, and invites you to step into a new season with clarity and ease.
Her teaching style blends grounding instruction with gentle encouragement, creating a space where you can unwind, reset, and reconnect to the version of yourself that’s ready to grow and move forward.
This experience is BYOW, and guests are welcome to bring a bottle they enjoy. Sample wine tastings will be provided as part of the Sip & Flow atmosphere, adding a soft, seasonal touch to this uplifting session.
It’s an invitation to release, open, and rise into your next season with intention.
Erika Bartlett is a mindfulness coach and yoga teacher who guides students toward calm, clarity, and connection through thoughtful movement and intentional breath. Her classes are grounding and soulful, offering a gentle space for people to meet themselves exactly where they are and ease their way back into alignment, presence, and inner steadiness.
