Soft Power is a creative movement class blending gentle strength & fluid motion, offering an expressive and accessible experience for all.
About this Event

Soft Power is an intentional movement experience centered on calm strength, control, and ease. Led by Alaina Douglas, this 45-minute class invites participants to explore how stability and softness can exist together through thoughtful, purposeful movement.

This session blends elements inspired by Pilates and yoga to support strength-building without strain. Movements are guided with clarity and care, allowing you to build confidence in your body while moving at a pace that feels steady and supportive. The focus remains on controlled motion, breath connection, and creating space to move with intention rather than intensity.

Soft Power is designed to feel welcoming and adaptable, making it accessible for a wide range of experience levels. Whether you are new to movement practices or returning to the mat, the class encourages listening to your body and honoring where you are in the moment.

Sip & Flow is a BYOW experience. Guests are welcome to bring a bottle of wine they enjoy, with sample wine tastings included as part of the experience. The pairing of movement and wine creates a relaxed, social atmosphere where wellness and enjoyment coexist naturally within the Healthy Living & Wine community.

Soft Power offers a grounded, refreshing way to move, unwind, and reconnect with yourself through strength that feels steady, supportive, and sustainable.
