Sip & Flow Yoga is back after a summer hiatus!Join us for a 60-minute Sip & Flow in the brewery Barrel Cove.
Class will be led by Barbarian bartender and certified yoga instructor, Shannon Vanus!
1st drink is included with ticket so that you can sip while flowing* or to enjoy after the class.
Please arrive 15 min early to grab your beverage, set up your yoga mat and settle in. Bring your own mat.
Pre-register online or walk-ins welcome.
All yoga skill levels encouraged! The class will be a gentle & playful flow that is beginner friendly.
