About this Event
Slow down, sip, and reconnect with the beauty of everyday plants in this hands-on tea experience. In Sip & Bloom, you’ll explore the flavors, aromas, and gentle benefits of garden-grown herbs and flowers while learning how to craft your own custom tea blends.
Together, we’ll taste and work with a seasonal lineup of herbal favorites, including chamomile, calendula, lemon balm, mint, and rosemary—each offering its own unique character, from calming and soothing to bright and uplifting. You’ll learn how these plants grow, how to harvest and prepare them, and how to thoughtfully combine them into blends you can enjoy at home.
Guided by Bridget, an herbalist, lifelong gardener, and educator, this workshop is rooted in warmth, curiosity, and practical knowledge. With a deep passion for soil health, biodiverse gardens, and plant energetics, Bridget creates a welcoming space for beginners to explore herbalism with confidence. Her teaching blends approachable, hands-on learning with grounded plant wisdom—helping you see the value of the plants growing all around you.
