Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket and attending the event. By purchasing a ticket and participating in FizznPaint, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Ticket Purchase and Refund Policy

- Ticket Purchase: All tickets must be purchased in advance through our official ticketing platform. No tickets will be sold at the door unless explicitly stated.

- Refunds: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued except in the case of event cancellation by the organizers. Tickets are transferable to another person if you are unable to attend.

2. Age Restrictions

- Minimum Age: Attendees must be at least 21years old to participate in FizznPaint. Valid identification will be required at the entrance.

3. Event Conduct

- Behavior: Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards other participants, the instructor, and the event staff. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.

- Alcohol Consumption: Responsible drinking is expected. Overconsumption of alcohol and resulting inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Attendees who appear intoxicated may be asked to leave the event without a refund.

4. Liability

- Personal Responsibility: By participating in FizznPaint, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your actions and any consequences that may arise from your participation, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss.

- Damage to Property: Attendees are responsible for any damage caused to the venue, art supplies, or other attendees' property. You may be charged for any damages incurred.

5. Photography and Media

- Photography: By attending FizznPaint, you consent to being photographed or filmed by event staff or approved media. These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, or other marketing materials.

- Personal Photos: You are welcome to take personal photos during the event, but please be respectful of other attendees who may not wish to be photographed.

6. Health and Safety

- Allergies and Health Conditions: Please inform the event staff of any allergies or health conditions that may require special accommodations. We will do our best to accommodate your needs but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

7. Changes to the Event

- Event Modifications: FizznPaint reserves the right to modify or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, instructor availability, or venue issues. In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and given the option of a refund or transfer to a rescheduled event.

8. Governing Law

- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the event is held, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
