Come for the art, stay for the fun! ArtsWestchester welcomes you to Gallery Night Out: Sip & Create, a monthly social for adults 18 and over in downtown White Plains. From February through December, a creative expert will lead guests through a hands-on art-making project designed to spark imagination.
Join us for a unique Apple Pie Workshop, a delightful celebration of the USA's 250th birthday! In this hands-on experience, you will learn to create your own flaky pie crust and decorate it to perfection, all while embracing the rich tradition of American baking. Once your masterpiece is crafted, you'll take it home to bake, filling your kitchen with the warm, inviting aroma of freshly baked apple pie. Perfect for families, friends, or anyone looking to celebrate this milestone in a delicious way, this workshop promises to be a memorable and tasty tribute to our nation's heritage. No prior baking experience for this workshop.
All materials provided. No experience necessary—just sip, create, and enjoy!

ArtsWestchester’s historic landmark building at 31 Mamaroneck Avenue is the perfect relaxed and social environment to gather with family and friends, enjoy a date night, or network with fellow art enthusiasts, all while engaging in arts activities – from music and ceramics to dance and painting.
The 2026 season offers a variety of art workshops at a reasonable cost. Ticket prices include the workshop, art supplies and two complimentary beverages of your choice: alchoholic (white wine ONLY) and nonalcoholic (water or seltzer). All skill levels are welcome!
