Is the Program Director for New York's heritage
Radio Station WBLS and made history as the first woman to
hold that position when she was appointed in 2021.
WBLS is known for the legendary voices that have defined Black radio, and that legacy continues with the Steve Harvey Morning Show, The Dejavu Show, The JusNik Show and the Quiet Storm with Lenny Green to name a few of the talent on the iconic line-up!
Cynthia continues to carry the crown of Market Leader of New York’s #1 R&B Station . Her
visionary efforts have overseen successful branding and
marketing events around the city, which includes producing the station's signature
event —Circle of Sisters— the largest Women's empowerment Expo on the east coast for Women of color.
Amongst her many accolades she has been named as Radio Ink Magazine’s top 50
Program Directors in America and a Woman to watch.
In addition to her legacy of industry endeavors, she’s also a
published contributor to several books on the life of Dr. Betty
Shabazz. Cynthia is a breast cancer survivor, women’s
health advocate and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.

The host of the Nationally syndicated radio show “The Quiet Storm with Lenny Green,” Lenny makes his home at the show's flagship station, the highly rated Tri-state (New York, New Jersey and Connecticut) radio station WBLS/107.5-FM. Recently syndicated by SupeRadio, Lenny's weekday 7:00 pm to 12:00 midnight show can be heard across the country on MAGIC/100.9 in Augusta, GA, JAMMIN/98.3 in Milwaukee, HEART & SOUL in Oklahoma City, MAGIC/92.1 in Lake Charles, Louisiana, GLOBAL/99.5 in Nassau Bahamas, WTUG/92.9 in Tuscaloosa, AL, HOT 99.5, Jacksonville, FL, plus he can be heard from 8:00 pm to 1 AM as host of The Quiet Storm on HOT 105 in Miami, Florida. Lenny is also an Established Event Planner.
