I've been in LA 6 years, working as a scientist in nutrition and fasting.
I was originally born and raised in Italy, in the village where the Mediterranean diet was first discovered and studied, and I love cooking and hosting events where people enjoy themselves, relax, laugh, while learning something new and meeting new people.
Cooking and eating are the best therapy for everything, especially when the food is deliciously healthy and homemade!
