About this Event
The University of Guelph Choir performs, with chamber orchestra, harp, and organ, the beloved Requiem by Gabriel Fauré. The concert also features humourous songs about animals (Robert Hall's brilliant Canadianimals), and the Ennis Sisters' touching Sing You Home, all in honour of DVM Theresa Bernardo, a singer in our choir until her untimely death in March 2024. Conducted by Marta McCarthy, Kelly Janzen, and Lanny Fleming, and accompanied by Guelph Chamber Orchestra and by pianist Betty Maher, this event is a celebration of life, hope, and love.
