Singing Bowl Workshop level 1- Essentials & Personal Wellbeing

Singing Bowl Essentials: This workshop is created for people who wish to improve personal and family wellbeing through effective practice with the singing bowls. You’ll be guided to work with the singing bowls, building a strong foundation with the best techniques to create the ideal healing sound and vibrations. There will be lots of hands-on practice to support your learning experience. After this workshop, you’ll be able to use the singing bowl for yourself and your family members, integrate the practices in your daily wellbeing routine and see positive changes in your everyday life.

Workshop contents:
Build a good foundation with Clarity, Knowledge & Practical Skills
Non religious, result based approach

• Basic Knowledge: the roots and traditions
• Foundation Knowledge: myths, theories, half truths, collective truths and facts
• Understand sound, frequency, resonance, vibration, note and energy quality
• States of coherence and entrainment
• Exploring the different brainwave states: high Beta, Beta, Alpha & Theta
• Understand sound, frequency, resonance, vibration, note and energy quality
  
• Singing Bowl skills and playing techniques that create balanced energy
• Evaluate singing bowls and identify quality bowls based on sound and energy

• Priming a meditation session

After this workshop, you'll have the clarity and confidence to use the singing bowls for yourself and family. You'll be ready to progress to level 2 to learn a variety of healing methods, sequences and how to conduct a healing session.
